In this opening session, you’ll lay the foundation for your intuitive practice by learning how to attune to your inner voice and subtle sensory signals. Through guided exercises, you’ll begin practicing daily intuition-activating techniques, supported by text check-ins between sessions to keep your momentum strong. You will be developing your own language and learning to listen, feel, know and trust your inner intuition.

Here we deepen your psychic abilities, exploring clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and other intuitive channels. You’ll practice tuning in with real-time exercises and receive personalized support through text support between visits. Hypnotherapy is used to dissolve unconscious blocks that limit your psychic perception, allowing your abilities to expand naturally.

You’ll learn energy clearing techniques, how to set strong boundaries, and how to work with ancestral wisdom. Skills are practiced live and reinforced through at-home exercises. Hypnotherapy in this phase targets old energetic entanglements or inherited patterns that may interfere with your clarity and expansion.

You’ll take your first steps into structured readings, beginning with self-readings to hone accuracy and interpretation. Between visits, you’ll send practice notes for feedback via text, ensuring your skills integrate quickly. Hypnotherapy here helps remove the fear of “getting it wrong,” so you can trust the insights you receive without second-guessing.
